Common questions

How do I create an estimate?+

Tap "Quote a Job" from the pipeline, pick the job type, and enter the surface area and coating condition. BlastBid calculates media, labor, and markup for you.

How do I add people to my business?+

Go to Team and send an invite. They get an email with a link to join.

What happens if I lose signal at the job site?+

Keep working. The app stores everything locally and syncs when you are back in range. Estimates, photos, jobs, and invoices all work offline.

Can I change my default rates?+

Go to Shop, then Rates & Media. Set your labor rate, markup, travel fee, and media prices. These apply to all new estimates.

How do I send an invoice?+

Open the job, tap "Create Invoice", review the line items, and send it by text, email, or PDF. Mark it paid with the method the customer used: cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or Stripe.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Go to Settings, then Manage Billing. You can cancel anytime. Your data stays accessible in read-only mode until the end of the billing period.

How do I report a bug?+

Email [email protected] with what happened and a screenshot if you can. We fix things fast.

Delete Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings and use the "Delete Account" option, or email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

We will delete the following:

  • Your user account and login credentials
  • All estimates, jobs, invoices, and customer data
  • All photos and file attachments
  • Business data (if you are the sole owner)
  • Email preferences and notification settings

We don't keep your data after deletion. It's gone for good.
