BlastBid is an estimating and job management tool for sandblasting businesses, run by Crux Labs. Here's what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What We Collect
- Your name, email, and password (password is encrypted, we can't see it)
- The data you enter into the app: estimates, jobs, invoices, customers, photos
- Crash and error reports when something breaks: the error message, what screen it happened on, your device model, and app version. No location, no browsing history, no ad tracking.
What We Do With It
Run the app. That's it. Specifically:
- Show your estimates, jobs, and invoices to you
- Send verification codes and billing emails
- Send estimates and invoices to your customers on your behalf
- Fix bugs: crash and error reports go to an error tracker we run ourselves, not a third-party analytics company
Where Your Data Lives
- Your data is stored on servers we manage ourselves
- Photos are stored on Cloudflare, only accessible to you
- The app keeps a local copy on your device so it works offline
- Payments go through Stripe. We never see your card number.
If You Cancel or Leave
- Cancel anytime. Your data sticks around for 90 days in case you come back.
- Want it gone sooner? Email us and we'll delete everything.
- You can export your data any time you want.
Kids
This is software for sandblasting businesses. It's not for children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Common questions
What data does BlastBid collect?+
Your name, email, and password (the password is encrypted, so we cannot see it), plus the data you enter into the app: estimates, jobs, invoices, customers, and photos. When the app crashes or hits an error, we also get a technical report (the error message, what screen it happened on, your device model, and app version) so we can fix it.
What does BlastBid do with my data?+
Run the app, and that is it. It shows your estimates, jobs, and invoices to you, sends verification and billing emails, and sends estimates and invoices to your customers on your behalf.
Where is my data stored?+
On servers we manage ourselves. Photos are stored on Cloudflare and are only accessible to you, the app keeps a local copy on your device so it works offline, and payments go through Stripe, so we never see your card number.
Can I export or delete my data?+
Yes. You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, your data sticks around for 90 days in case you come back, and if you want it gone sooner, email us and we will delete everything.
