BlastBid is an estimating and job management tool for sandblasting businesses, run by Crux Labs. Here's what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What We Collect

• Your name, email, and password (password is encrypted, we can't see it)
• The data you enter into the app — estimates, jobs, invoices, customers, photos

What We Do With It

Run the app. That's it. Specifically:

• Show your estimates, jobs, and invoices to you
• Send verification codes and billing emails
• Send estimates and invoices to your customers on your behalf

Where Your Data Lives

• Your data is stored on servers we manage ourselves
• Photos are stored on Cloudflare, only accessible to you
• The app keeps a local copy on your device so it works offline
• Payments go through Stripe. We never see your card number.

If You Cancel or Leave

• Cancel anytime. Your data sticks around for 90 days in case you come back.
• Want it gone sooner? Email us and we'll delete everything.
• You can export your data any time you want.

Kids

This is software for sandblasting businesses. It's not for children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll email you.
